Flooring – Entire floor of designed marble with 6” dado.
 

Kitchen – Floor Tile / Marble flooring, green marble in platform with built-in sink. Glazed wall tiles upto 2’-6” height over platform and open kitchen cupboard. One water purifier point and one exhaust fan point.
 
Doors – Main entrance door of teak wood and eye peep inside doors will be flush type with Sal wood chaukath
 
Windows – Aluminium frame windows with glass shutters and M.S. grill
 
Lighting – Concealed wiring network of standard make and electrical fitting / switches of standard quality  with I.S.I. mark
 
Toilets – Flooring of antiskid floor tiles with ceramic wall tiles upto 5’-0” height from floor, ceramic ware and C.P. fittings of I.S.I. mark standard quality and one geyser point
 
Foundation & walls – Frame structure building with first class K.B. bricks and plastering on walls
 
Paints – Weather coat paint on exterior walls and two coats of distemper paint on interior walls.
