FLOORING : Entier floor of designed and quality marble/vitrified tiles with 6" dado.
 

KITCHEN : Floor tile/marble flooring , Granite/green marble in platform with build-in-skin, Glazed wall tiles upto 2'6" height over platform and open kitchen cupboard. One water purifier point and one exhaust fan point
 
DOORS : main entrance door of teak wood, eye peep and inside doors will be flush type with sal wood choukath.
 
WINDOWS : Aluminum frame windowe with glass shutters and M S grill.
